How We Feed Our Community

From sorting donations to delivering bags full of love — here's how we make it happen.

🏠

Community Food Pantry

Our core service is a free food pantry serving families in the Florence, KY area who are experiencing food insecurity. We provide nutritious food — including fresh produce, canned goods, dry staples, and more — at no cost and with no judgment.

All services are confidential and offered with dignity. Anyone in need in our community is welcome.

Tote Bag Food Packing

Our signature program: volunteers gather to carefully sort and pack tote bags with a week's worth of food essentials. Each bag is assembled with care — because every family deserves to receive food with love and respect.

Bags are packed at volunteer events and distributed at our monthly distribution days throughout the year.

🚚

Food Distribution Events

We hold regular food distribution events where community members can come pick up packed tote bags. Our volunteers are there to greet families warmly, help load bags, and connect them with additional community resources.

Check our Events page for upcoming distribution dates!

🔥

Community Food Drives

We organize and partner with local businesses, churches, and schools to host food drives throughout the year. These community-wide efforts are how we keep our pantry stocked and ready to serve.

Holiday & Seasonal Programs

No family should go without during the holidays. We run special food programs around Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, and back-to-school season — ensuring families have special meals and supplies during important times of year.

📱

Community Resource Connections

Beyond food, we connect families with other resources available in Boone County — including utility assistance, health services, and social programs. We believe in caring for the whole person, not just their immediate food needs.
